v0.1.9
Inset's timeline now groups by the time you choose, and you can resize your images
2026/09/17
New features
- A new size slider next to Sort lets you change how large each image appears in your library.
- Grid, Timeline, Adaptive, Masonry, and List all follow along, and List also adjusts its row height and thumbnails.
- Drag the slider left for larger images and right for smaller ones, or use the − / + buttons to step through sizes.
- Your choice is saved with your preferences, so the library opens at the size you last picked.
Improvements
- The Timeline now follows the time you pick in Sort: choose Date added to group images by when they were added, or Captured date to group them by when they were taken.
- When the sort is not a date (for example Name or Size), the Timeline keeps grouping by capture time.
Fixes
- Fixed images that have an added date being placed under Unknown time in the Timeline.
- Unknown time now shows up only when the time you selected has no value for an image, and it still sits last in the Timeline.
